The 11th Australia-China Hospital Forum was held in Brisbane, Australia on December 5, 2011. This forum was attended by over 20 representatives from Shanghai, Beijing and Qingdao. The representatives held broad research and discussion about the clinical pathway management of hospitals, hospital quality management and process optimization, formation of community health policy and modern management of general practitioner system and hospital supply logistics. During the meeting, the representatives also visited the health administrative departments and relevant hospital safety commission to know the hospital management patterns and relevant policies in Australia. They also made on-the-spot visits to famous hospitals in Australia to know the internal management procedures of these medical institutions and their hardware and software construction and development. They also talked with the directors of hospitals in Brisbane on hospital management and operation.
