The 6th China-Australia Hospital Forum was held during July 20-21, 2012 in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China.The topic mainly involved Health Strategy and Hospital Management,Practice of Public Hospital Reform and Medical Quality,Green, Quality and Efficiency.

Sun Yang, the Ministry of Health health reform office hospital reform team leader,the Ministry of Health medical services regulatory Deputy Secretary, said at the forum "In the pilot reforms in public hospitals, the pilot areas shall be determined by the reasonable public hospital staffing, developing resident standardization training, the introduction of personnel and the reform of income distribution system, increasing on personnel training and discipline development investment, create a good medical practice environment and promote the rational flow of medical personnel and other means, to mobilize staff enthusiasm.

This China-Australia Hospital Forum received the support and affirmation from Consulate of the Australian Embassy in China, Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China,Qingdao Public Health Bureau, Shanghai Shenkang Hospital Development Center.
